WSEM300.DLL??

Hi...... I have a TROJ_DYFUCA.CN virus that is attached to a file called
C/WINDOWS/WSEM300.DLL.....my antivirus says it cant repair it and i was
wondering if this file is safe to be deleted or if it is a vital windows
file?...thanks for help....
