MSN software and McAfee

After installing McAfee Anti Spy Ware, my MSN premium
software stopped working. I keep getting "an error has
occurred and can not continue" from MSN, either on
installation or deinstallation. I've attempted to remove
all of McAfee.

I've contacted Dell and MSN without any luck. IE,
Netscape and Opera all operate along with OE. But MSN
Explorer and the other MSN software will not load .
