Norton Internet Security 2004

I am having trouble with my Norton Internet Security 2004
set up wizard. I keep getting a internet explorer script
error on line 262 char 3 unspecified error. I have tried
all the corrective measures except repairing my windows xp
because my product code sticker was put onto the top of my
computer and my curious 3 year old peeled the sticker off
and chewed on it. How do I fix my problem?
