i did all those things and not only set full controll to the all users group to the specific folder where the program is but to the entire program files folder, i also added each user individualy and set full control, i even took ownership of the program files folder under my user name.. and still.
the options are on, but it still doesnt allow to tun ICQ (specificaly), it keeps popping up the message that you do not have permission to run the program, please ask the admin for write access.
i'm at a lost...is there anything to do about this?
