How to Enable Dial-Up in Guest Account?

Wong,

The Guest account cannot make a dial up connection by
design. The security within XP won't allow this
operation. The only was the Guest can use a Dialup is if
it's established by another non-guest user and then using
Fast User Switching. Again this needs a slight tweak to
work.
