This won't work - True Vector service is unique to Zone Alarm - the OP
must have a previous version installed, and if the OP has tried to
uninstall without using the ZA uninstall program, then he/she may be
in a reinstall situation, as ZA has interpreted this as a "brute
force" uninstall - removing all easy uninstall processes. As a
result, you can't reinstall, uninstall, upgrade anything as far as
ZA - actually a nice security feature in my opinion, but you get
people who don't RTM and try to uninstall/install from a limited or
power user account and poof!!!
