Just to clarify for anyone else who may need a Solution.

I have Ad-Aware from Lavasoft running to get rid of Spam & Adware and
i have WinPatrol running to block start up processes altogether, even ones that start after terminating once.

Hope this helps others like it helped me! Thanks guys.
