Problem with Administrative tools

Hi all,

Can somebody please help me. I have a problem. I am
unable to open the "Administrative tools" button in
control panel. I have Windows XP. It simply does not
respond. I also tried right-click and open, but of no
use. I suspect, this was caused due to an XP update that
I recently installed.

I need to access the ODBC source where I need to work
with Access databases.

Alternatively, if anyone can provide me the "Run"
command, I will be very happy.

Thanks,

Shankar
