Strange situation with logon

Okay, I am fourteen, and an avid desktop modder. I know I
am probably sounding like one of those leech kids or
something. But really, you could consider me a prodigy
when it comes to computing and coding.

That said, I am experiencing a grave problem with my
logon. When I try to logon to my parents, the guest, or my
account, it will load the settings, and them automatically
log off. I've done this multiple times, to try and work it
out. I've tried rebooting, letting it sit, putting in the
restorization CD, and even been so desperate as to try to
find MSDOS somewhere, even though I know XP doesn't have
support.

I tried to reinstall Windows ME (which came with my
computer from Gateway) but to no avail. I've tried to
reinstall XP, but also had no luck. I'm at my wits end
here beceause my mother will eventually need to use
Quickens, and I will go crazy without my computer, so to
speak.

But really, I need some help. Needless to say, I'm not on
my computer, but on my grandmothers. I am going to get
further access to this thread by means of the local public
library.

I am not familiar with newsgroups, so if there ins
t an automatic reply system, send an email to
mholzem@gmail.com. For your gratitude, I will give you a
gmail invite if you want so. I'm not sure if this is the
right group, if not, please direct me to a better one.

     Thanks for the help,
     Matt Holzem
