windows login screen

please help we went from windows xp home to xp pro upgrade
and now i cant login at the welcome screen there is no
user to click on i can only restart or shutdown!
                                   
ctrl alt delete to login does not work

Thanks for your help but I did that and it tells me the
user name and password (which there is none) are wrong I
can't even login as administrator or any user maybe you
have an idea? Please help thanks
