Thanks for the help, had to go into safe mode and then it let me take ownership of it. However when I deleted it I could not boot at all ahd to do a recovery install and then go into safe mode as admin to take ownership of the previuos install programs and documents which I was able to recover. It was a long process since I hadto take ownership for each file.
