Installing software with Multiple Users

On my system I have an Administrator account and 2 limited accounts. It seems that anytime I install new software, it will work on the administrator account but not on the other accounts. I have tried changing it so that it will run as the administrator from the limited accounts (providing a password is entered), but I still get invalid permissions errors. Is there some way to install software so that it will be the same for all users. I can not even get it to work with one user unless I give that user administrator status, install the software from their account, and then convert it back to a limited account. Surely there is an easier way.

Note: The software I have encountered problems with so far is: Command and Conquer Red Strike, Simcity 2000, Palm Desktop Software, and Open Office.

Any help would be great.
