Hi:
KB295017 does not mention the following security directive,
but must be there for a reazon.. you may need to configure it to
be able to make the installation.
Start\Run\secpol.msc\Local Directives\User Rights Assignment\
Add the administrator to directive: AddWorkstation to Domaine..
Start\Run\lusrmgr.msc\Groups\add the administrator to Group:
Network Configuration Operators...
