Adware threats

Everytime I run Norton antivirus, it tells me it has
detected Adware. "something" and that it cannot delete
the files. I have tried everything including removing
the WinToolsfor Internet Explorer from the Add/Change
section of the Control Panel...it doesn't help. Any
suggestions?
