Infected With A Spyware!

I am getting popup messages that keep coming back
concerning Infected With A Spyware! while in Internet
Explorer. I am using XP operating system. Any help would
be greatly appreciated. I am using the latest McAfee
Virus Scan but it doesn't see any of this. I screen
printed the popup windows as a jpg. I can send you the
exact wording...
