hard drive sharing

I installed a new hard drive primarily to capture video.
I have several accounts on my computer (XP Home) and I
want to make the folders on the new hard drive private.
However, the dialog box for the properties of the folders
on the new hard drive does not permit me to make the
folders private. Obviously I cannot copy the files to my
other hard drive as they are much too large.

Any advice?
