WES,
i tried to unregister the file eghtmldialer.dll but its still giving me the same msg : loadlibrary ("eghtmldialer.dll") failed. the specified module could not be found.
whilst going through the 2 sites u sent me i found DIALER but its in c/prgram files/windows nt. i tried to delete it but it keeps popping up.
i also tried the steps mentioned in these sites : http://www.kephyr.com/spywarescanner/library/instantaccessdialer/index.phtml
> http://www.kephyr.com/spywarescanner/uninstallproblems.phtml

when i scanned again with the norton antivirus it said : c:\windows\system32\ia.dll is a Adware threat..
was my friend right have i got to unistall windows xp and reinstall it to get rid of this damn DIALER !!!
