In this case, yes, but only because the client originally
configured their systems badly. All the users are running
their workstations as "Administrator" and all have the same
password!!

That said, does the shared system really need user accounts
for all the users who will use its shares? Thsi would seem
to be an administrative nightmare for an m x n peer-to-peer
network.
