TV media in add/remove programs?????

Been having a problem with TV media in my add/remove programs.....I was told to delete it ,(so I did)but it keeps coming back. I was told this is adware ,is this true? Do the scan with ad-aware and it doesn't pick it up. Is there a removeal tool for this>Is there any way I can delete this and have it gone forever,without it coming back. Help.....pleaseeeeee...thanks
