If you're running XP Pro, press CTRL-ALT-DEL twice at the Welcome Screen. You'll get the old Win2K style login. Enter Administrator, and any password that you may have set on this account during installation. If in doubt, just leave the password blank.

For XP Home, you must boot the computer into Safe Mode to access the built in Administrator account. Press the F8 key between the BIOS POST and Windows actually starting to load. You'll see the Administrator account on the Welcome Screen.

Note: Changing an account password from another account can cause all "stored passwords" to become invalid (web sites and etc.).
