Unable unset read only attribute of folders!!!

HI,
I had the same problem I believe I solved the the problem
by uninstalling both iis and my html editor.rebooted then
reinstalled both programs,if you try this do back up any
important files I don't believe this is needed but it a
safe method. Let me know how this works. DBarselow
