Bruce;
Go to Control Panel and open "Performance and Maintenance"
Click "Administrative Tools"
Double click "Computer Management"
Click + by "Local Users and groups"
Click "Users" folder
Double click the user.
Check as desired
Click OK
Repeat for other users.
