Firewall Activation

How do I activate the firewall that comes with XP-Home?
Under Help and Support the instructions are:
Open Network Connections
Click the Dial-up, LAN or High-Speed Internet connection
that you want to protect, and then, under Network Tasks,
click Change settings of this connection...
The problem is that my Network Connections display has no
Network Tasks button under any menu that I can find.
