Issues with new Windows Security update CD (Feb 04 release)

I am using WinXP, & I tried to put this thing on my
computer. I didn't have SP1 on my computer before then,
due to the fact that I have had to reinstall XP 25 times
over the past month, due to virus's that I constantly am
contracting because I didn't have SP1 installed.
I tried to install this sp1 update from the security CD, &
received an erroro msg about the sp1 file being corrupt.
Any way around this? Anyone else had this problem?
