Sadly, some games just won't run without administrator access.
One thing you can try is making his account an administrator, run the game
once, and then drop him back to power user and then see if it behaves after
that.
Other than that, there isn't very much you can do... games
programmers/designers still seem to assume that everyone is running as
administrator all the time.
