Zoe,
The first thing is for you to use upper and lower case.
All upper is considered rude, and is hard to read.
Often such a shouting post will not even be replied to
by many people.
There is the built-in Administrator account.
If your account is no longer and admin, Asp.Net is
but you do not know its password, and you have no
other accounts, then try the Administrator account.
You may have to try using this account in a Safe Mode
boot (press F8 during bootup) if your system is Home
version. If you have never used this account and set
a password on it, try entering a blank password, and
then after logged in, change its password to something
you can never, ever forget, and of course also change
you other accounts back to the way they should be.
