I have always used Windows 2000 for this but after recently upgrading to
WinXP it no longer works. I tunnel an SSH connection through a port
listening on my localhost to a remote machine for remote desktop. I would
typically connect to say "localhost:7568" or something like that in the
MSTSC terminal services client application. When I attempt it automatically
states "The client could not connect. You are already connected to the
console of this computer. A new console session cannot be established.".
Is there a way around this because I use localhost ports to forward pretty
much anything I do on this machine.
Thanks,
Ketta
