if you post here, read the replys here. that way everyone
can benefit. whats the point of questions posted if all
the answers are private?!
anyway, your logging into an account that is not
administrator. either log in as admin or configure your
non-admin account to have more permissions (local security
policy, or the setting for the account type your using).
possible to turn off permissions if you are admin, but you
have to be clicking at random and not reading anything to
do that accidentally...
