messenger thief?

Hi

I left my Messenger status set to "away" last night, and when I went back on this morning, it told me that I had to log in because I had logged in somewhere else. I haven't given my password to anyone, so this made me worry that someone else was using my account or something. So, I immediately changed my Passport password. I was logged off Messenger most of the day, and now when I just went to open it, it says I have tried too many times to log in with the wrong password. Now I really think someone somehow got my info. Is there anything else I should be worried about? Is there anything else I can do?
