I am having a lot of trouble with my computer, and I'm pretty sure that it's from a virus. For example, when I open up Outlook Express, it immediately displays a screen saying that there's been a problem and it needs to close. I can't open Norton Antivirus at all. I did run HijackThis, though, and it found the files bni4w.exe and ubgrxpno.exe. I removed them and all related files, but the problem is still there, so I don't think that these files are the issue. However, they weren't present a few days ago when my computer was fine, and their arrival seems to coincide with that of the virus.
I also ran a free McAfee virus scan, which revealed absolutely nothing.
Does anybody have any idea what's going on and how I can fix it?
