"OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments"

I recently installed Microsoft's Security Update CD.
Since it was installed I now get the message "OE removed
access to the following unsafe attachments in your Mail"
I receive this message with every e-mail that has an
attachment. I cannot open the attachment. How do I
resolve this?
