1) try going to My Network places' properties > goto your Local Area
Connect's properties > Hilite Netware and press Uninstall.
2)
Go to Control Panel > System > hardware tab > Device manager
Go to the view menu, check Show hidden devices
go to computer > enable the Advanced power interface
Please post back and let us know what happen
