Without knowing exactly which virus/
bot/worm/trojan/browser diverting exploit you have on
your machine,it is impossible for us to provide you with
step by step removal instructions.

Usual drill,I am afraid. If you have not done so
already, please enable the inbuilt XP firewall, unless you
have a third party one installed:

http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=320855

System restore should be turned off before attempting to
remove malware:

http://www.f-secure.com/v-descs/sfc_dis1.shtml

Please run a virus scan at any of the locations below:

Trend:
http://housecall.antivirus.com
http://housecall.trendmicro.com

McAfee:
http://www.mcafee.com/myapps/mfs/default.asp

Panda:
http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/

IF you cannot stay online long enough to complete the
scan, please download and run Stinger (Best saved to
floppy):

Stinger:
http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/

As a last resort, should you find that ALL the market-
domineering AV sites are blocked, you can download, update
then run a thirty day trial version of Norman Virus
Control.Perform a complete scan of your O.S.in safe
mode.Then another in normal mode:

Best of luck,

Sadie
