Windows Update

Have not been able to load updates since 4-19-04. History
shows KB837009 and KB831167 installed on 5-13-04 but
still shows as needed. KB837009, KB831167, KB8040374,
KB837001, KB828741 and KB835732 show up as needing to be
loaded but all fail. Dell Dimension 8200 w/ XP.
