It can be something entirely innocuous. That happened to my machine the
other night; I was sitting 10 feet away and my screen saver suddenly went
off. I discovered that it happened because my wife closed the garage door
and the vibration was enough to make my optical mouse twitch just slightly,
enough to wake the computer.
