logon issues

There is only the one checkmark.
typing control userpasswords2 into the run command opens
up User Accounts. In there it shows I have 3 user names,
admin. mine and guest, but when i go into user accounts
when loged into my account it only shows mine and an
inactive user account. When I do the same when it boots
me into admin, I see 3 acounts, the admin, mine and the
unused guest acount.
