There are several variants of that virus - you need to run good antivirus
software & keep it updated. If you don't have any yet, try an online scan
here: http://housecall.antivirus.com and see what it can find - then buy AV
software (or get a freebie like AVG if budget won't allow for purchasing)
and make sure it updates itself & runs realtime & full scheduled scans
regularly.
