Ok.....I had viruses and cleaned them. Did a system
restore. Problem is now when it boots up it wants a
password. Never set a password. Have tried going to safe
mode and log on as Administrator with blank password,
tells me access is denied. In safe mode have tried to log
on as Owner and it will log on and then says saving your
settings and log back off. I have tried putting my reboot
Cd in and it will not run. The light comes on and you can
hear it running but nothing happens. Please help with any
info!!!! I am frustrated and at wits end. Comp. is a HP
513C about 1 1/2 yrs old.

PS..was wondering if I could go in and unplug the hard
drive and wait a few min. and plug back in if that would
reset it??

Thanks
