Sounds like you have adware/spyware that got installed on your system.
Download and use AdAware, Spybot, and CWShredder to clean your system up.
Make sure that you also update those programs with the newest detection
files before running them.
You should also make sure that your virus scan program is up to date,
firewall is active, and all operating system patches are installed.
