PC Crashes whilst connected to internet

Since installing Norton System, Works and re-installing HP1200 Printer/Scanner I am experiencing the following problems.
1. When connected top the internet I hjave a maximumof 9 minutes before I get a message giving me notgice to close down all programmes before a "Restart" The message is "NT AUTHORITY\SYSTYEM" it identifies the problem as being - Windows System32/lsass.exe I repaired it and when I next accessed the internet the same thing happened again. I have repaired it several times and it still occurs.

I have also done numerous system restores to solve the problem but it continues to plague me.

The anti virus programme has been run and nothing’s a problem there.

I also find when I open Outlook I cannot download e-mails unless I disable the Norton Internet Security programme.
