Spidersearch?? Help!
Date: Sun, 2 May 2004 02:11:26 -0700
Guess this is bound to happen when you have several
people using the same PC. I noticed today when launching
my browser a "SpiderSearch" toolbar now appears. Some
bookmarks have also been added. After reading up on this,
I know this is something I very much want rid of. I have
tried spybot, CWShredder, NAV, and I have deleted reg
edit keys manually until I am blue in the face. All to
have this unwanted bar still appear each time I launch
the browser. It appears something is restoring the keys
each time I launch the browser. Can somebody please offer
me some direction. I dont know where to turn. I have done
all the above steps in both normal boot and safe
boot...still no luck
Thanks
