Your system may be infected by a bot software which exploits the
vulnerability of the LSASS.EXE.
To abort the shut down, click Start, click Run and type "shutdown -a"
(without quotations) and press OK.
Then download and install the critical update IMMEDIATELY from
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/MS04-011.mspx
