My computer is counting down...

Hi is a big problem with my computer. Everytime I
starting my computer, a sighn appers after a while
telling me that my computer will shut down and I have
only 60 sec to save all that information that i have
changes, and my antivirus pogram can`t fina anny wirus
and i have xp professional. Pleas help me...
