As of today, when I go to an Xbox.com page and sign in
using my .NET Passport account (as I have for many months
now), I am not allowed access and given the following
message:
"Due to your age, you cannot sign up for an Xbox.com
account. Xbox.com accounts are for users 13 years of age
or older.
Click here to return to the homepage."
And elsewhere on this page, it does say that I am "signed
in as: ******" and lists my "Gamertag" accurately as it
always has. My date of birth is still accurately reflected
when I go to .NET Passport Member Services to view my
account info. I can sign in normally in MSM Messenger,
etc., etc. and anything else requiring a .NET Passport.
This has been going on all day. I would post for help in
the Xbox.com Technical Issues Forum, but I must first be
allowed access via my .NET Passport of course... lol. I
have spoken with friends who are not having this issue
today, so it seems Xbox.com itself is "OK".
Help anyone?
Help?
