Nasty .dll file

Does anyone know what is the function of the following file:
"asSNT.cpy.dll"
How do I remove it?
It is somesort of pop-up control? My guess it's an ad-ware
thing that identifies my computer for other users.
I couldn't find out anything about it in the Microsoft
Knowledge Base.
