Choosing 'remove' from "Add & Remove Programs" would uninstall the hotfix
listed.
You could remove the listing in Add/Remove Programs via the Registry
(leaving the hotfix installed but no listing in Add/Remove Programs) but I
would not encourage doing that.
I would just leave them listed. You will not be gaining any disk space buy
removing the listed Hot Fix(s) via the registry and could be a hassle to
uninstall later.
Keep in mind, if you do decide to navigate through the registry and remove
the correct entries, you could cause problems where the system would have
problems, possibly not boot correctly.
I would leave the entries as they are or remove them via Add/Remove Programs
if you do not want them and not worry with registry.
Hope this helps.
