Some nice ideas, but alas, I can't see how this would be at all workable in
the real world.
Suggested cost for internet service from this ISP? What's suspicious usage?
How is one to determine fraud? How many 'operators' per customers? Full
staff working 24/7 even though 3AM may see little usage?

It's one thing for your bank to call you when there's an odd charge on your
credit card - this is quite something else. I do wish more ISPs were more
responsive to abuse-notification emails, but other than that, caveat emptor
and practice safe hex....and make sure your credit reports all list 'fraud
detection' warnings on them so that nobody can try to take out a mortgage in
your name. :-)
