How the window folder display after minimize on Taskbar

Now my PC was using Win XP Pro and have no idea why I cannot find the file or folder on the taskbar after minimize. That's abnormal from my experience after window update during this few weeks. But I'm already make sure to turn on the check box from the taskbar appearance in control panel.

PS: Is the window security update problem??

Please let me know how to fix it......thanks
