Phantom 1394 Network Adapter

This recently appeared under network connections but I
cannot determine what program is using this. I attempted
to disable and uninstall the driver but XP loaded it
again as a new device. The digital signer listed for the
driver is "Microsoft Windows XP Publisher" but I can't
imagine what Publisher would need a connection for.

Any help would be appreciated.
