Fast User Switching problems

To isolate the problem to Fast User Switching, disable it
(Start>Control Panel>User Accounts>Fast User Switching,
and clear the checkbox). If the problem still occurs,
it's something wrong with log on. If the problem is
fixed, consider abandoning Fast User Switching since it
does use system resources.
